Geniuses like Tesla are only useful to Capitalists like J.P. Morgan IF there is money to be made. Free electricity? NO, Morgan would rather sell it to them.
It’s the same with the gas companies today. There are lots of cheap ways to power transportation. Those technologies are supressed. You think Exxon wants to go out of business? Even if their business is destroying the Earth?
Not one iota of explanation as to why Morgan refused funding to Tesla, just an implication that Tesla’s idea was ridiculous. I think its more likely that Tesla’s technology would have made power too accessible to the common person. Mr. Morgan had no use for that.
